I heard about Lliwen's Empowered Birth course from a friend and I'm so glad I joined the course! Me and my partner have learnt so much useful information about the birth journey and we feel much more confident and positive about giving birth. We have been given so many useful resources which have helped me develop a positive mindset towards the upcoming birth? It was nice to be able to join the weekly sessions with Lliwen- a nice and welcoming online space to meet other couples, discuss the birth journey and share information together. Lliwen's course kick started my journey through pregnancy, encouraging me to research more into the process of giving birth and how to make the right choices at the right time. Her classes created a safe space and a close knitt community for us expectant mothers, and her fun and cheery ways of presenting information made the sessions a weekly highlight at a time that can otherwise be quite isolating and stressful. Lliwen's Empowered Birth course was the best decision I made during pregnancy with my 4th child. After a traumatic 3th delivery, I was very nervous about labour, but the course gave me the information and confidence I needed to make my own informed choices and taught me techniques on how to cope with labour. Knowledge is power, and I'm convinced that my previous labours would have taken a different path if only I had done this course sooner. I can guarantee you will not regret signing up.

Lliwen is amazing at explaining everything that the professionals should be telling you, but unfortunately they don’t. I'm so glad I did this course to gain the knowledge that I did from Lliwen. It gave me so much confidence, that I actually refused to be induced when I gave birth early Feb!I would have never even questioned a medical professional before doing this course, I’m so glad I did as it would have been quite traumatic for me If I hadn’t! I chose what I wanted to have and It turned out my choice was the safest in the end seeing as my placenta started to erupt!! Its so empowering! I highly recommend The Empowered Birth Course!

I wasn’t sure what I was signing up for really, but was really interested in the concept of positive birthing so booked the course to learn more after my 20 week scan. It really is amazing the level of knowledge Lliwen can share accross 4 sessions. I went from being nervous and having a basic understanding (actually misunderstanding is a closer description!) of birthing to being excited to my birthing experience and being confident to ask questions and make decisions about me and my baby. Lliwen has lots of resources that she shares to enhance your understanding and help you prepare for your birth, whatever birth your planning. And you’ll also have plenty of laughs as you meet up.

I highly recommend The Empowered Birth Course with Lliwen. After having a traumatic birth with my first baby, I had an amazing experience with  the birth of my second baby, all because of the techniques I learned from the course. I had a calm and positive labour and enjoyed it so much thanks to Lliwen!
