Terms and Conditions
By booking a place on one of Lliwen MacRae’s courses you agree to the following:
Payments
An advance payment of $50 is required to confirm your place on your chosen course.
Full payment is required before the course (s) begin.
There is no refund of course fees except for any special conditions.
The course must be paid for in full (as advertised) and not for each individual session.
Any payment terms must be agreed in advance.
Cancellation
In the case of a client canceling before the course starts, the advance is non-refundable.
In the case where the client cancels after one or more sessions of the course, there is no refund.
In the rare case where the Lliwen MacRae has to cancel, every effort will be made to rearrange the session / course. Failure to agree a suitable date will result in a full refund to the client.
In the rare case where a single session is canceled, every effort will be made to reschedule. If for any reason this is not possible, refunds will be given for the non-operated session. Where a group session is canceled, every effort will be made to find a date to suit everyone. If a couple can’t make the new date, Lliwen MacRae will offer them suitable provision. The refund fee for each session will be worked out as the total amount, after subtracting the advance payment of $50 divided by the number of sessions that have been canceled. That is, any sessions that have already taken place will not be reimbursed.
For any reason that will have to be canceled due to no electricity / wifi from Lliwen MacRae’s side the session will be rescheduled.
Re-arranging Sessions
For couples or individuals attending a 1: 1 course, 48 hours notice is required for a change in date or time. When adequate notice is not given, there will be no refund for the session. Discussion will be available in exceptional circumstances
General
The client understands that the content of the hypnobirthing course is not recognized as any medical advice. Advice should always be sought from a healthcare provider about any health or pregnancy related issues, or if you have any medical problems during pregnancy and birth. Lliwen MacRae is not responsible for any decisions during your pregnancy and your birth.
Any questions or doubts about using hypnobirthing techniques should be discussed with your professional healthcare team.
The resources for doing one of Lliwen MacRae courses cannot be shared with others. The resources are for personal use only.
The hypnobirthing course does not guarantee any specific king of birth.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. If you have questions on how I handle your data you can contact me at lliwen@hypnobirthingcoach.com. This privacy policy complies with the Privacy Policy of third party partners and is GDPR compliant. All information is processed and stored by GDPR or third party compliant methods. The information I take should you decide to follow a course with me are for the following reasons:
- – Communicate with you outside of sessions
- – Template content to your emails via Mailchimp
Please be assured that we will not:
- – Share any information about you with any third party unless we are required to do so for the purposes set out in this policy.
- – When your information is no longer needed it will be deleted from the system.
- – Records held on a computer system will be password protected.
I use information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is extracted from the system. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to reject cookies if you prefer. This can prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze web page traffic data and improve our website to tailor it to customer needs.

If you have previously agreed to me using your personal information for direct marketing, or for use of products or services, and would like me to extract your data please contact me. It is your responsibility to keep the data I hold about you up to date.
